Had a great weekend stay! The rooms were spacious, clean, and smelled good. The beds were comfortable, and there was even a small coffee table in the corner. We really liked the efficient lighting and the big and neat comfort room. The food was delicious. The location was perfect, with a lot of establishments nearby.
The hotel was understaffed, and we had to wait for quite some time for the receptionist to check us in. Unfortunately, we arrived too late to enjoy any of the food, but there were many dining options nearby.

Spent Christmas break in a hotel and it was great! The room was spacious and clean. Loved the efficient lighting and the comfortable bed. The location was key, with plenty of restaurants and establishments nearby. Oh, and the food was delicious, we ordered room service several times.
The hotel was understaffed and checking in was a bit of a hassle. We had to wait for 30 minutes just to be checked in. Also, the breakfast was a bit disappointing, the menu stated two eggs but we only received one. And worst of all, there was no cable or complimentary coffee in the room. Despite these setbacks, overall it was a decent experience and the staff were accommodating.

The hotel location is very convenient with numerous establishments around the Makati business district. the rooms are spacious, clean and well-organized with an effective lighting system, comfortable beds, and a clean and neat bathroom. the hotel provides tasty food that satisfies the guest's cravings.
The low staffing level can sometimes make guests wait for a long time to check-in and encounter unavailability of food.
